Spray adhesives for foam application is always one of the main focus of our business. We supply both solventbased and waterborne spray adhesives.
Solventbased
Our R&D team has developed various spray adhesive to cater for every aspects of our customers – one-sided bonding, high heat resistance, fire retarded, eco-friendly are some of the specialties we offer. Our latest product is our first high solid, one-sided spray adhesive. It is odor-less, eco-friendly and cost-saving
Waterborne
We are Saba’s sole distributor in South East Asia region (except Thailand). Saba is the world’s No. 1 adhesive solution provider for foam application. Their waterborne spray adhesives are categorized into single component gravity system, and Triple-C delivery system, a two-components system that deliver an immediate and strong initial bonding, a clean and efficient production process and a high quality durable end-product.
Why WATERBORNE? On average, we spend one third of our time on matress and many people are not aware of the chemicals present in mattress that are harmful to them.
Formaldehyde, a volative organic compound released by the conventional solventbased adhesives that hold the mattresses together, can cause irritation to skin, eyes, nose and throat. High level of exposure may cause asthma, allergies and lung, nose and throat cancers. Saba waterborne spray adhesives contain no VOCs and have virtually no odor. It is a safe alternative to the user and consumer.
LAMINATES
There are 2 different ways to bond laminates onto wood surfaces, either by spraying using a spraying equipment, or by brushing using a adhesive scraper/spreader.
Spray adhesive
Donson brand is well-knowned for its spray adhesive technology in this industry, especially our Donson 505, the No.1 best selling spray adhesive in Malaysia. Its long tack time and excellent bonding strength has made its name favourite among the operators and users.
Contact adhesive
Our contact adhesives are custom-made to suit different preferences of the users. Each of our products exhibits different characteristic and behaviour. We do not believe in one product for all users. We respect the differences among our customers and their processes, hence we design our products’ workability based on their desires and habits.

We have various products for different applications, particularly waterbased adhesives for finger joint, wood-to-wood bonding, paper overlay, pvc overlay etc.
